Do survivors "fight for aid amid corpses"? Do "delays hinder relief"? Is this aid "ramping up"? Is it arriving "slowly"? "Expanding"? "Moving ahead"?
And, finally, is the U.S. military leading the relief mission? Are rich nations one-upping each other over aid? Do Canadian donations "amaze"? Do nations struggle? Is there a coalition of compassion? Does the entire world pledge help?
